- Investigate, evaluate and book venues
- Arrange speakers, master of ceremonies, chairmen, entertainers, musicians and any additional event personnel.
- Liaise with speakers and other event personnel before, during and after the event.
- Organize travel arrangements and accommodation
- We will meet with you and discuss the appropriate time line in which certain thing's need to be completed by.
- Co-ordinate extra activities that will run alongside your conference e.g. entertainment, teambuilding and activities.
